The discovery call is a thirty-minute scoping conversation. It is not a sales call. It exists for programme directors and modernisation sponsors who want to talk about an actual programme — where it is, what is stalling it, and whether an independent review would be worth the time.

By the end of the call, we will both know whether it is worth a longer conversation. If it is, I will send a short written note within forty-eight hours with what I am seeing and what a structured review would involve. If it is not, you will still have had a useful thirty minutes.
